51³Ô¹ÏÍø Child Care Scholarship

Financial assistance is available to students who are parents of children under the age of 6 years who require it to help pay child care expenses.
Amount: $1,000 each for the Fall and Spring Semesters.
Eligibility: Students must be matriculated in a degree program at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø and enrolled in at least six credit hours. Student must also demonstrate financial need.
Requests will be processed as they are received from eligible student parents on a first-come, first-served basis. Only 40 awards can be made.

51³Ô¹ÏÍø Child Care Access Means Parents in School Program

The 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Child Care Access Means Parents in School (CCAMPIS) program has been designed to serve student parents with financial need by using a three-level, sliding-fee scale assistance program. Priority will be given to Pell-eligible single parents taking at least six credits and having a low Expected Family Contribution (EFC as per FAFSA). Childcare funds will be allocated on a semester basis, with each student paying the prescribed percent of costs.
