Steps to a First-time Request for Accommodations鈥�
- Step 1: Read the Disability Documentation Guidelines鈥� and gather your documentation.

- Step 3: Attend an Initial Access Interview. A DSS staff member will schedule your appointment with you. 鈥�
- Step 4: Meet with each professor to review your accommodation letter.鈥�

Note: Accommodations are not retroactive, and students are encouraged to request accommodations, especially for the first time, at least 2-3 weeks before the start of the semester. 鈥�
