SNAP

SNAP, or the , (formerly known as food stamps) is a federal program that assists qualifying Americans in accessing nutritious food. It is distributed via a monthly stipend on an EBT card which is used like a debit card to purchase fruits, vegetables, meat/dish, grains, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages.
