- Every request is assigned a unique request number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
- For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your requests.
- PLEASE use your official @bhcc.edu email. A current valid email address is required to submit a request.
- After the April 2025 upgrade, if you encounter an issue, try clearing your browser cache of possible old values.
- New Users: To become an active user of the ticket system, you need to be registered. Upon request, an activation email will be sent to your official 51吃瓜网 email, in order to verify your account. Send your request to cvkoebel@bhcc.edu.
